Я действительно долго молчал, и сейчас мне хочется так много сказать, что боюсь разорваться на мелкие кусочки, как хомячок от капли никотина.
Постараюсь, чтобы мои мысли не выглядели, как спонтанный поток сознания. 

В начале - о связи музыки, лирики и видео:

Так как музыкальное видео - это не киножурнал "Фитиль", к нему неприменимо требование о связи формальных смыслов музыки,  лирики и картинки.  Поэтому реплики типа "...жаль, что на заборе нет тупого слова, или хоть какого-нибудь слова..." или  "а 20:20 - это время казни?" - свидетельства еще несформированной, "зажатой" структуры восприятия, что совершенно нормально для юного возраста. Конечно, связи смыслов могут быть, и в Белом Плащике, это собственно белый плащик (или халатик) Юли, но совершенно необязательно, их может и вообще не быть. А обязательно следующее: музыка, стихи и картинка должны вызывать эмоции одного и того же направления, и взаимно усиливать эти эмоции. Те, кто этого еще не склеил, попробуйте, как говорил Оби Ван из «Звездных войн», раскрепостить свой разум, и у вас 100% получится.

The demand of existence of connection between the formal meanings of the music, lyrics and picture is not applicable here ‘cause the clip is not something of a kind of "BBC - Live Nature" series.
So expressions like "...it's a pity there's no stupid word on a fence, or at least any word..." or "is 20:20 the time of execution?" are mere signs of yet immature and "stalled" perceptual system, which is quite normal for adolescent minds.
Surely, there can be conceptual bonds, even in White Robe, such as the white robe itself, but their presence is absolutely unnecessary, they can be totally absent. The one necessary thing is: music, lyrics and picture have to evoke emotions of the very same sort, and they do have to amplify these emotions collectively.
