The English songs will also give you pleasure. t.A.T.u. girls are still disturbed and disillusioned by this life. But at the same time they're such darlings. Fly on the Wall would be a smash hit for some Britney to look up to.

Waste Management is the English version of girls' third studio album. It has English versions of the songs from last year's Happy Smiles as well as new tracks. And as usually, the level and the quality of t.A.T.u.'s work is beyond comparison.

t.A.T.u. singers always celebrate their birthdays secretly, with no media at the party. OK! magazine was the only one, where Lena Katina who recently celebrated her 25th birthday, shared the pictures from the birthday celebration. "Just close people, no one "extra" or "random" - Lena always follows this rule. Her relatives, school and family friends and the team that Lena works with for years gathered that evening in a little restaurant close to her house. Contradicting the rumors about the so-called band broke up and about kind of a quarrel that happened, the second t.A.T.u. singer Yulia Volkova came with her common-law husband Parvis Yasinov in full play of the party. t.A.T.u. girls had fun, danced and they even sang at the end of the evening for the guests. And then Yulia gave a music present to Lena: she sang her Zemfira's song from karaoke and changed some lines that went, "I've seen the sky of London in a dream. There I've seen a kiss with Lenka..." The red-hair birthday girl was touched. Yulia wished Lena good luck in working her first solo album that she's now recording in Los Angeles.

Yulia: I have no enemies. I communicate with everybody and keep smiling. I can say the four letters to anybody, but with a kind attitude. Sure, sometimes you’re hanging with some artists-friends and you say, “Common, our show business is total shit!” - and they take offence and answer, “Oh, thanks, do you mean us as well?”

t.A.T.u. singer Yulia Volkova has visited USA again. Young woman likes this country so much that she even thinks of moving over there. Yulia told OK! about her trip, her birthday and her plans in life.

26 March Russian office of Google launched new gallery of designs for a personal page in iGoogle search engine. This project was called iGoogle Artists and it allows every registered Google user to choose a design for a personal page. Every theme has four versions, which automatically change four times a day.
The first iGoogle Artists designs collection was globally launched one year ago; it included designs from many artists - Coldplay, Celine Dion, Radiohead and many others. Back then no designs from Russia were present. And this year many Russian artists created personal themes: MakSim, Mumiy Troll, t.A.T.u., Uma2rman, Kipelov, Dima Bilan and Valeria.
Both artists and Google consider this project as artistic. "Right now, when new designs just appeared, it's probably early to talk about the leader. And after all it's not the main thing since there's no competitive moment in this: The main concept of our project was to assist users to find their favourite designs according to their interests. Bool lover will choose a design with "Master and Margarita" artwork, and music lover will pick favorite artist, - Google Russia marketing director Konstantin Kuzmin tells. - Of course there're such simple measurement as statistics of choosing, but I doubt it's the only factor that helps evaluate project' success. It's very important for us that we've managed to unite such different participants for creating original designs, which can be interesting for completely different people. We're already getting positive comments from our users.
While creating designs, artists had to stay in quite reasonable boarders. Themes should be approved for any users category, including children. That's why they can't contain propaganda of cruelty, tobacco smoking, alcohol and drugs use and sex. Designs also shouldn't demonstrate weapon and nakedness and contain any kind of advertising.
There are mo doubts that artists' participation in such project ads value to their personal brands. It is also quite an original promo idea. t.A.T.u., for example, have used their last "220" video screenshots, and Valeria's design was based on the promo-shoot of her latest record.
Google doesn't reveal the internal "popularity" statistics, but in general catalogue in every design of the artist it's possible to see the number of users, who chose it.

Two important pop-projects announced their "half-break" this week - t.A.T.u. and "Guests from the Future" [famous Russian band - blog.tatu.ru]. Nervous tabloids in their usual rush didn't get the message right and sent both newsmakers straight to the cemetery of music industry, where sensational funerals were organized. On this total chaos only "MK" checked what really happened. In personal talks with "dead" artists it turned out that both projects are actually alive. Too early for funerals. Moreover, both bands are following the trends of world pop music market: They plan to deepen their creative palette and add fresh accents of solo experiment to their usual "group practice".
Extreme from t.A.T.u.
Disagreements in t.A.T.u. band is not really news, but a subject for discussion that follows the girls' duo since its appearance. People hungrily wait for a moment when the girls finally quarrel good and proper, fight and bathe in blood for the entertainment of the audience. But t.A.T.u. don't fight at all. Quite the reverse, each one lives her personal heterosexual life and completely left their honorary place in the iconostasis of gay icons. In the interview Lena Katina and Yulia Volkova throw some light on the latest "sensational" news - news sort of like "you heard the song but got it wrong".
Girls, can it be true that t.A.T.u. band is over?
Lena: Not really, t.A.T.u. keeps going, nobody's gone. But something did happen. Yulia and me start to work over our solo projects that will be together with t.A.T.u. Moreover, I will work on mine with our t.A.T.u. team.
Yulia: And I'll tell you about my plans later, as soon as all my plans come true. Actually many bands live in such "mode". Take Fergie and Black Eyed Peas, for example. The band keeps on producing records, but separately Fergie is doing her own thing. Same will happen with Lena and me. t.A.T.u. forever!
Lena: The decision to start solo project wasn't immediate. t.A.T.u. can't be just "deleted". It's ten years of our lives after all. We haven't even told our fans a couple of months about it, although the decision was made back as January. We needed to get used to the situation ourselves, to really understand that from now on there will be not only t.A.T.u., but also Yulia and me as two different artists.
Yulia: And tabloids exaggerated everything without bothering to look into details. Oh, fuck it.
Lena: We still have some unfinished things that our fans are waiting for. The main thing is our new video "Snegopady" should be released shortly. I can't tell the details, there will be an extreme plot. You'll see it soon.
